Welcome! On this page, you will find important information on enrollment for the 2025/2026 school year, which begins July 31, 2025, for full-day programs and August 7, 2025, for half-day programs.
The enrollment process begins online by filling out the application forms linked below. The form becomes active to accept applications at a scheduled date and time. Forms will be processed in the order that they are received. Within 7-10 business days after your enrollment window closes, you will receive a confirmation that a spot is available and the next steps. If the program is full, you will receive a notification of waitlist status.
We appreciate the community support for the township’s early learning program. We proudly offer additional tuition-based half-day Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms at New Bethel Elementary School. These classrooms offer the same high-quality curriculum and level of care. This second site will be convenient for families living nearby or attending the new school. New Bethel Elementary is located near the intersection of Senour and Thompson Rd.
New This Year:
Break Care will automatically be included in our students’ full-day program. This will simplify the process and provide uninterrupted care throughout the 12-month calendar year while sustaining an inclusive, comprehensive preschool model. This update will enhance the education experience for your child while supporting our families year-round. We are happy to be able to offer this experience to our full-day families as an example of WELC’s commitment to excellence. FTCSC employees will be given an addendum allowing them to continue utilizing break care as an a ‘la carte option.
Which site would my child attend?
Full-day and childcare programs are solely available at WELC. When half-day registration opens, families will apply on the WELC website for both locations. Your placement will depend upon your availability and your homeschool boundary.
ALL ENROLLMENT WINDOWS OPEN AT 6:00 PM
You will receive an email notifying you if your child has received a spot or was put on a waitlist 7-10 days after your enrollment window closes.
If you missed your enrollment window, you may still complete an application. These applications will be processed in the order they are received.
If you are an FTCSC employee and would like to enroll your infant or toddler in our program or are expecting an infant and would like to be added to the waitlist, please email amanda.bidwell@ftcsc.org. Our infant and toddler program is currently full and on a waitlist status.
If you are seeking programming for your child who is identified with or suspected of having a developmental delay or disability or is currently being served under an Individualized Education Plan, please contact nichole.webb@ftcsc.org.
