Welcome! On this page, you will find important information on enrollment for the 2024/2025 school year, which begins August 1, 2024, for full-day programs and August 8, 2024, for half-day programs.
The enrollment process begins online by filling out the application forms linked below. The form becomes active to accept applications at a scheduled date and time. Forms will be processed in the order that they are received. Within 7-10 business days after your enrollment window closes, you will receive a confirmation that a spot is available and the next steps. If the program is full, you will receive a notification of waitlist status. This year, we will begin with full-day enrollment applications and proceed with half-day enrollment when we return from Spring Break.
NEW for ‘24/25
We appreciate the community support for the township’s early learning program. Due to increased demand for enrollment, we will be growing the program into a second site, New Bethel Elementary School. New Bethel Elementary School will host half-day community Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten. As an extension of Wanamaker Early Learning Center, these classrooms will offer the same high-quality curriculum and level of care. This second site will be a convenient option for families living nearby or attending the new school. New Bethel Elementary is located near the intersection of Senour and Thompson Rd.
Which site would my child attend?
Full-day and childcare programs are solely available at WELC. When half-day registration opens, families will apply on the WELC website for both locations. When completing the application for a tuition-based program, families will indicate any preferences they have. Prior to paying any fees to secure a spot, families will be notified of the location the spot is available.

You will receive an email notifying you if your child has received a spot or was put on a waitlist 7-10 days after your enrollment window closes.
If you missed your enrollment window, you may still complete an application.
These applications will be processed in the order they are received.
If you are an FTCSC employee and would like to enroll your infant or toddler in our program or are expecting an infant and would like to be added to the waitlist, please email amanda.bidwell@ftcsc.org. Our infant and toddler program is currently full and on a waitlist status.
